The Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for 2014-2020

The main objective of the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 is smart and sustainable growth increasing the social and territorial cohesion with the use of the potential of the Masovian job market. The Programme is a tool for implementing the development policy carried out by the local government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The document includes the thematic objectives defined by the European Commission and answers the challenges identified in the region by stimulating social and economic development in combination with objectives set by the Europe 2020 strategy. Due to the framework nature of the ROP MV for 2014-2020 negotiated and approved by the European Commission, the Managing Authority of the ROP MV for 2014-2020 is obligated to develop an additional document in order to clarify the programme’s provisions, i.e. the Detailed Description of Priority Axes of the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020. Pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Implementation Act, the document is one of the basic elements of the operational programme’s implementation system. See document szoop-3.4

Programme guidelines for the selection of projects under the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020 are addressed to Intermediate Bodies involved in the selection of projects within the Programme. Based on these, and on the basis of the Act and the guidelines of the Minister of Development, Operating Instruction of the Managing Authority and Intermediate Bodies are developed, along with the provisions of the Detailed Description of Priority Axes of the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020, rules and regulations of competitions for the selection of projects, and rules and regulations of the proceedings of the Project Assessment Committee.
