The Minister of Development designated the City of Warsaw as the IB for the ITI

On 1 March 2016 the Minister of Development designated institutions within the implementation system of the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020, including the City of Warsaw, as the Intermediate Body for Integrated Territorial Investments.

The designation took place on the basis of the Final report of the independent audit body pursuant to Article 124 (2) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 concerning the ROP MV 2014-2020 being the product of the study carried out by the General Tax Supervision Inspector performing the role of the Audit Institution under the implementation system of the Partnership Agreement.

The primary result of the designation of institutions of the ROP MV 2014-2020 is the possibility of applying to the European Commission for the reimbursement of expenditures incurred by Programme Beneficiaries.
